BVE HOUSE RULES
At BVE, we want everyone to enjoy playing sport in a safe and pleasant environment. By respecting our house rules, we can make this possible together.
General
Training sessions and Free play are for BVE members ONLY.
Day passes are NOT allowed for BVE activities.
Membership cards may NOT be shared with anyone.
Clothing
Proper sportswear and indoor shoes MUST be worn at all times.
Outdoor shoes and shoes that leave marks on the floor are NOT permitted.
Equipment
For Free play, bring your own racket and shuttles.
Shuttles are provided ONLY during training sessions.
Rackets can be rented at the service desk €2 per session.
Behavior & Respect
Treat everyone with respect - regardless of background, culture, religion, or gender.
Keep the Sports Building clean and tidy, in line with Erasmus Sport rules.
Free Play
Please rotate courts fairly when it's busy - finish your match and let waiting players take the court.
When people are waiting, doubles should be played.
A maximum of 2 sets per match is allowed when it's busy.
