Competition

BVE participates in several competitions of different nature. On one side you have the ISBT’s, which are badminton tournaments organised for students, by students. They take place all over Europe and (as to be expected with students) focus more on the social aspects of the game then the competitiveness. On the other side you have the League and Tournaments in the Southwest Badminton region which are of importance for a players Dutch Badminton Ranking. They are organised by individual badminton clubs and focus primarily on the competitive aspects of the sport. And in between these two categories you have a big group of tournaments which contain a bit of both worlds.
